Simply Thai to host a 5-course NABC beer dinner during LCBW

Personal note from Roger: It has long been my goal to pair Thai cuisine with craft beer, and finally, here it is. Naturally, I’ll be out of town and unable to partake. We can only hope there’ll be an encore, and the best way to insure there is — and that I’ll get to attend when the sequel comes down — is to sell out Simply Thai’s dinner. This one’s a long time coming, folks. Reserve your place now, and let me know how it was. My mouth waters just looking at this menu!
