During 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, from fast food chains and institutional kitchens to country clubs and fine French cuisine, Josh has honed his skill in the art and science of fine food, and brings a groundbreaking sense of change and possibility to NABC’s Bank Street Brewhouse, where cuisine a la biere is more than just one’s delicious hope when visiting places like Belgium.
With the capable assistance of his staff, Josh is introducing trendsetting gastronomy to New Albany, utilizing locally sourced foods whenever possible, and actively working with ownership and the brewing team to pair NABC beers with his kitchen creations.

What a great place! We were there last evening and had a very relaxing evening. The food was great, and needless to say so was the beer. We really liked the open air concept. Here's to years of success.

We ate there for the first time last week and walked away talking about how perfect the portions were ... between the two of us, we had the pommes frites, the mussels, and the croque monsieur ... oh, and three beers ....... and it was deeeeeeeeelliiicious ..
